產(chǎn)品描述：無(wú)腐蝕氟化物鋁釬劑  AL-FLUX近年來(lái)，NOCOLOK方法在鋁及其合金釬焊工藝中已越來(lái)越廣泛地被應(yīng)用，本品即為該方法釬焊工藝中應(yīng)用的釬劑。In recent years,NOCOLOK method has been widely used in the brazing process of aluminium and its alloys. The product introduced here is just the brazing agent used in the brazing process.產(chǎn)品性能：白色晶體粉末，粉末平均粒徑在3.5-8.0微米之間，較大顆粒通過(guò)500目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩。主成分為KF-AlF3二元系低共晶點(diǎn)組成，分子比1.2左右，熔化溫度在557℃-565℃之間。溶解度（20℃，100ml水）：0.28±0.05g,密度2.7g/cm3，堆積密度0.35-0.55g/cm3。水溶液PH值:6-7。釬劑熔化時(shí)清亮透明,高溫下有高活性，能很好地破除金屬鋁表面氧化膜，使釬料鋪展?jié)駶?rùn)，通過(guò)毛細(xì)作用釬料被填入釬縫中，常溫下釬焊后玻璃狀殘?jiān)蝗苡谒⒉晃�、無(wú)腐蝕。特別是在氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)下釬焊，釬劑用量少，焊后可不清洗，使用方便，顯示其強(qiáng)大的優(yōu)越性。Properties：white crystal powder, average particle size 3.5-8.0μm and all through 500 mesh sieve; composed by KF-AlF3, Molecular rate near 1.2, melting point 557℃-565℃. Solubility in 1000g water at 20℃ is 0.23 – 0.33g/cm3, density: 2.7 g/cm3, bulk density: 0.35-0.55g/cm3. PH value in water: 6-7. It is clear and transparent while melting and highly active under high temperature; It can get ride of Al2O3 coating on Al surface to make the brazing agent spread evenly and wetly. It also has good joint filling property through capillary. Under normal temperature, after brazing, the glass-like residues is insoluble in water, nonhygroscopic, non-corrosion and demonstrates completely inactive. The usage quantity of this brazing agent is quiteless, especially when braze under the protection of Nitrogen. It doesn’t need to be washed after brazing and its usage is convenient, which shows its great advantage.  適用范圍：應(yīng)用于鋁-鋁，鋁-鋁合金，鋁-不銹鋼等釬焊中，本產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車空調(diào)，鋁蒸發(fā)器，鋁散熱器，電熱電器，鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)件等行業(yè)。Application: widely used to braze Al-Al, Al-Al alloy and Al- stainless steel in process auto air-condition, Al evaporator, Al radiator, boiler and Al alloy components etc.   產(chǎn)品包裝：袋裝，內(nèi)塑料膜，外編織袋，每袋凈重25公斤。桶裝，內(nèi)塑料膜，外紙桶，每桶凈重40公斤。Packing: in 25kg plastic woven bags or 40kg fibre drums with film lining.
